Great place to eat, sure a jem of an establishment. Food portions and pricing is awesome. Selections are also generous, something for everyone. Staff was friendly and always timely.
We had to come back as the first time we ventured here their kitchen had been closed do to a kitchen malfunction. It's been a neighborhood staple for quite some time and the parking lot is usually always full. Inside you will find a pretty decent bar and some pretty good tunes being played. It's wasn't overly loud so you can hold a decent conversation or at least it seemed that way when we sat down. We sat in a booth that was just inside the entrance and the bar itself was about 40 feet away where most of the regulars gather to check-up with each other. It has decent lighting so one can see the menu to place an order. I say this only because my father, who has really bad eyesight has to use a flashlight to be able to see the menu. They have a wide variety of appetizers from fried pickles to nachos to steak bites, spinach and artichoke dip and more. The rest of menu consisted of sandwiches and a steak dinner, large salads and pizza and wings, soup of the day. We were greeted promptly by a very polite young woman (Elena). She was professional, courtious as she asked us what we wanted to drink and promptly came back to take our order. Throughout the meal she checked on us several times and refilled our drinks. I would recommend her. The food was delicious and prepared to our expectations. I had just a burger and fries and my dad had the antipasto salad and just had a Coke to drink. I know it's a bar and some would say "what! you went to a bar and didn't drink!" Well we had to go down into Grosse Pointe afterwards so I didn't want to have one. I would recommend coming here for just a drink or two, and to grab a bite to eat or just hanging out with family and/or friends. There are plenty of tables to sit at so those with the need of a wheelchair shouldn't shy away. Then there are plenty of booths too. Restrooms are on-site and handicap parking.
Went here with a friend and my family for a quick drink end up having dinner cause I'm in love with their food my most favorite food is the reuben egg rolls i don't like swiss or corn beef but that is my number 1 thing to order here! .The drink I ordered was sex on a beach which is my to go drink to have when chilling. The service was great also 1 lady taking care of the whole place was amazing keep it up tipsy! I'll keep coming back thank you ❤️🍻
If you haven’t gone to this hidden gold mine you definitely are missing out. Food was amazing and the drinks for sure hit the spot. Like they say get your bang for your bucks you most definitely will here! Our server Kelly (#1) was truly a sweetheart running circles between her tables!
The staff was super nice, and the food was SO GOOD!!! Yummy... I had never been there before, and stopped in to get an order to go on Sunday for game day!!!. It was very quick for as much food as we ordered, and the atmosphere was so friendly.. if I weren't driving and already in a hurry, I would have taken the guys up on a shot... *:)
Tipsy's is a great place to get a drink and have some high quality bar food. They have Two Hearted on tap plus a bunch of different house cocktails. We really enjoyed the good we had! Definitely try the Reuben egg rolls, the wings, or the tots! All great. The atmosphere is cozy and fun. Definitely has a hole-in-the-wall feel, but it's very clean and well kept.
We’ve come here 3 times now. We’ve enjoyed the burgers, the corned beef, the Rueben bread, and the wings. All great. The DJ bingo is fun on Monday nights. The clientele seems friendly too.
We met some new friends for drinks. We had fun. Karaoke night, friendly wait staff, decent food. I highly recommend the Italian Wedding soup & I’m just noticing I got the toasted Italian sub as well, apparently I was craving Italian things lol.
Great spot for drinks, food and karaoke. Make sure to get the tipsy wings they won't disappoint and the turkey sandwich is to die for. Let's not forget about the trash cans. They don't disappoint and you only need 1. Thank me later lol
